14 killed, 46 injured after bus overturns in SE Iran

Tehran, Mar 31 (UNI) At least 14 people were killed and 46 injured as a bus overturned on an intercity road in Iran's southeastern province of Kerman on Sunday, the official news agency IRNA reported.

The incident took place at 17:17 local time (1347 GMT) on the road from Kerman, the provincial capital, to Ravar County, IRNA quoted Mohammad Saberi, head of the province's emergency medical services center, as saying.

He added that all the injured were taken to the hospital, with five in critical condition, adding that the cause of the incident would be announced within hours.
