3 newborns named 'Sindoor' in Jhunjhunu

Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), May 10 (UNI) Three babies born on May 6 and 7 at the district hospital in Nawalgarh town of Rajasthan's Jhunjhunu district have been named after Operation Sindoor.

As Operation Sindoor -- India's response to the horrific terror attack in J&K's Pahalgam on April 22 in which 27 people, mostly tourists, were killed -- unfolded, three mothers and their family members named their children Sindoor, official sources said. Family members of these mothers are in the Indian Army.

Husbands of these mothers have pledged that they would inspire their children to serve the country and will tell the glorious story of their birthdays.

Prabhudayal's wife Seema, a resident of Beri village in Sikar district, gave birth to a boy on May 7 at 10 am at the district hospital Nawalgarh. Seema already has a five-year-old daughter Garvi, but now the boy has been named Sindoor.

Similarly, Kanchan, wife of Ranvir Singh of Kumawas village, gave birth to a daughter on May 7 at 12.15 pm. The family has also named her Sindoor. Ranveer Singh's uncle is a retired soldier.

Similarly, on May 6 at 1 pm, Sanju, wife of Sunil Saini, a resident of Jhajhar village, gave birth to a boy. She named her son Sindoor the next day. Sunil Saini's brother-in-law is in the army.

All three mothers and their families are very happy calling their children Sindoor.
