AAP Govt has cero-tolerance policy towards criminals: Neel Garg

Chandigarh, Mar 13 (UNI) Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Senior Spokesperson Neel Garg on Thursday lauded the exemplary efforts of Punjab Police in swiftly resolving a sensitive kidnapping case, ensuring the safe recovery of a child, and delivering justice.
Garg specifically acknowledged the contributions of SSP Patiala Nanak Singh, SSP Khanna Jyoti Yadav, SSP Malerkotla Gagan Ajit Singh and their respective teams for their prompt and effective action.
"The way Punjab police acted with intelligence and bravery to rescue the child and apprehend the kidnappers is commendable. One of the kidnappers was killed in the encounter, and the police deserve recognition for ensuring public safety," said he.
He emphasised the AAP government's zero-tolerance policy against criminals under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. "Whether it's gangsters, drug peddlers, or kidnappers, they have no place in Punjab anymore. They must either stop their activities, leave Punjab, or face the consequences behind the bars," he declared. UNI GS SSP
