Chhattisgarh: 3 killed in road accident in Balod

Balod (Chhattisgarh), Mar 16 (UNI) Three people were killed in a road accident in Chhattisgarh's Balod district here on Saturday night, police said.

According to the police, the accident took place when a motorcycle collided with a stationary truck, three people were riding on the motorcycle. All three died on the spot.

The accident took place near Manki village under Arjunda police station area.

On receiving information about the accident, Arjunda police station reached the spot and sent the dead bodies for postmortem.

Police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
