Come to Ayodhya with heat protection measures: Trust

Ayodhya (UP), Apr 2 (UNI) General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Champat Rai has requested the devotees coming to the Navami Mela to come to Ayodhya with some health protection measures.

The Trust's General Secretary has said that the temperature is expected to rise further in the coming days. "Around 70,000 to 80,000 devotees are visiting Ayodhya every day for darshan of Lord Ram Lalla. At present the day time temperature is hovering around 35 degree Celsius, which is likely to rise to 45 degree Celsius in coming days and is expected to reach 48 degree Celsius."

He said, In such a situation, it is my advice that the devotees are expected to go out wearing a measure to protect their head from the sun (cap, turban or towel). It is very good if you can keep lemon, sugar, salt or ORS solution with the glass," he said.

Rai said, "It would be better if barley sattu can be arranged, as it will not only protect from heat wave, but there will be no stomach related problem."

It may be noted that Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra and the administration have made adequate arrangements for all the civic amenities including drinking water, but the request of the Trust General Secretary is definitely important for this so that there is no inconvenience on the way to reach Ayodhya Dham and everything remains fine even when a large number of devotees come.
