"Since my tenure as an MLA, discussions about SC classification have taken place in every Assembly and Parliament session. However, it is the Congress government that has successfully implemented the SC classification law through a well-devised plan," Uttam remarked.
He concluded by reaffirming, "The Congress government has always been dedicated to ensuring SC classification."
