Day temperatures above normal at few places over Jammu-Kashmir & Ladakh

Pune, Mar 24 (UNI) Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at a few places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at many places over west Rajasthan; at a few places over Himachal Pradesh, Punjab; at isolated places over Saurashtra and Kutch.
The Day temperatures were above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at a few places over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Konkan and Goa, coastal Karnataka; at isolated places over east Rajasthan,
west Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Assam.

Mumbai, July 3 (UNI) The fourth day of the monsoon session of the Maharashtra assembly commenced here today with the Opposition targeting the Fadnavis-led Mahayuti government for alleged irregularities in municipal waste management.
Former state Congress president and MLA Nana Patole lashed out against the Fadnavis government, alleging that even decisions about municipal waste management are taken at the behest of "Modi-Shah".
