Dudeja to pace 58-minute bus at TCS World 10K Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Apr 4 (UNI) The World Athletics Gold Label race, TCS World 10K Bengaluru, will return for its 17th edition on April 27, with 14 women pacers set to lead the Open 10K category, organisers Procam International said on Friday.
Among the pacers is 42-year-old Shalu Dudeja, a debutant at the event, who will be guiding the 58-minute bus. Despite facing personal tragedies, including the loss of both her parents, Shalu has emerged as a figure of strength and inspiration, having paced over 50 events across India.
"Running became my escape, my way to find peace amidst the pain,” Shalu said, recounting how she turned to running to cope with post-partum health challenges. “It was my husband, Rohit Raj Dudeja, who truly gave me the wings to fly. Now, every step I take is a tribute to my parents and a testament to my husband’s love."
