Energy sector giants to gather at UP Energy Expo

Lucknow, May 3 (UNI) With the aim of promoting business and new technology in the solar and renewable energy sector in Uttar Pradesh, experts from across the country will discuss the latest energy options in the three-day 'Uttar Pradesh Energy Expo 2025 (UPEX)' starting from May 8.
The expo is being organised in collaboration with the UP State Chapter of PHDCCI (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industries) and UPNEDA. This exhibition will be held from May 8 to 10 at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan from 10 am to 6 pm. Entry for all visitors is free.
During the event more than 150 exhibitors from the energy sector will showcase the latest advances and innovations in solar energy, smart energy grids and electric mobility. Along with this, discussions will also be held on the latest energy options of the future and the role of innovation in the conference sessions to be held in the exhibition.

New Delhi, May 7 (UNI) Pakistan early Wednesday claimed the Indian Air Force, "while remaining within Indian airspace used standoff weapons targeting civilian population."
A Pakistan government statement alleged the IAF targeted areas across International Border in Muridke and Bahwalpur in Pakistani Punjab and across Line of Control in Kotli and Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
