England batter Banton makes a return after almost five years for final India ODI

London, Feb 9 (UNI) Following an injury in the England camp, Tom Banton might get a chance to feature in their third ODI against India.
Banton, who last played for England in an ODI in August 2020, has been called-up as cover for the third ODI and final against India in Ahmedabad on February 12. He is set to arrive in the country on February 10.
England made the call to bring in the batter after all-rounder Jacob Bethell sustained a left hamstring injury in the first ODI in Nagpur. The injury is set to be assessed further when the team arrive in Ahmedabad.
