India's Hindus and Muslims have given msg of harmony: Farangi Mahali

Lucknow, Mar 14 (UNI) Expressing happiness over the peaceful completion of Holi and Friday prayers, All India Muslim Personal Law Board Vice President Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahali said the message of this example of communal harmony has reached the whole world.
In a video message, Maulana Khalid Rashid said, "Holi, the festival of colours and the second Friday prayer of the month of Ramzan were completed peacefully in a harmonious atmosphere".
On his appeal, the Muslims had extended the time of prayers while Hindus completed the Holi procession before the scheduled time. "In this way, people of both religions showed mutual understanding and brotherhood," he said.
He said this message of the country's progress and peace has reached the whole world and the roots of communal harmony in the country have become stronger. UNI AB SSP
