Indian Army makes significant progress in flood relief efforts in Andhra Pradesh

Hyderabad, Sep 7 (UNI) Indian Army columns have made substantial progress in the ongoing emergency response efforts in flood-affected areas of Andhra Pradesh.
In collaboration with the civil administration, the Indian Army completed the plugging of breach number 3, a critical task that will prevent further flooding and safeguard affected communities.
Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh visited the site on Saturday to assess the progress of the breach repair. He was thoroughly briefed by Lt. Colonel Amit, Column Commander, and the Officer Commanding the Engineers, who outlined the extensive measures taken to secure the breach and restore stability to the area.
