Srinagar, Mar 17 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary on Monday asserted that the Omar Adullah-led government will fulfill all promises made in the manifesto during the coming five years.
The Deputy Chief Minister said this to the media persons during his visit to Bone and Joint Hospital at Barzullah in uptown Srinagar on Monday. Choudhary was accompanied by the advisor to Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani.
“Omar Abdullah-led government is of the people who have voted him to power. There is a pain in the heart of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for the masses of Jammu and Kashmir to fulfill his promises made in the manifesto and to live to the expectation of the people”, Choudhary said.
“Omar Abdullah's government will honestly redress the grievances of the people of Jammu and Kashmir who have voted him to power amid keeping high hopes on him”, Choudhary added.
“Give us some time and don’t decide things in haste. It will take some time to redress the people's aspirations. But whatever promises have been made in the manifesto or by the party President Farooq Abdullah or Chief Minister Omar Abdullah would be fulfilled during the coming five years”, he added.
