Japan to launch 5th H3 rocket with Michibiki 6 satellite

Tokyo, Feb 2 (UNI) The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) will conduct the fifth launch of its H3 flagship rocket carrying the Michibiki 6 satellite on Sunday.
The rocket will lift off from the Tanegashima Space Center in southern Japan, with the launch window set from 17:30 to 19:30 local time (08:30-10:30 GMT). The launch was originally scheduled for Saturday, but was postponed due to bad weather conditions.
Michibiki QZSS (Quasi Zenith Satellite System) is a Japanese satellite navigation system that complements GPS to provide more accurate location information. It requires at least four satellites to function, and this became possible in 2018 with the launch of Michibiki 4.
