New Delhi, Apr 9 (UNI) The President of India has appointed Justice Sanjeev Kumar, the senior-most judge of the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, as the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court with effect from April 10, 2025.
This appointment follows the retirement of Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan, who demits office on April 9, 2025.
