Hyderabad, Apr 8 (UNI) Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy has welcomed the Telangana High Court's verdict upholding the death sentence for the five convicts in the 2013 Dilsukhnagar twin bomb blasts case.
Calling the decision a powerful message against terrorism, he said it reinforces the principle that violence has no place in a democracy.
“The Telangana High Court's verdict that death is the appropriate punishment for the terrorists who committed genocide makes it clear that democracy will not tolerate such heinous acts,” Reddy stated in a statement here on Tuesday.
