KSLTA Stadium renamed SM Krishna Tennis Stadium

Bengaluru, Mar 28 (UNI) In a tribute to the late SM Krishna, former Karnataka Chief Minister and long-serving Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association (KSLTA) President, the state apex body has renamed the KSLTA stadium in Cubbon Park as SM Krishna Tennis Stadium.
Marking the occasion, scholarships worth Rs 12 lakh were awarded to 10 young tennis players from Karnataka.
The event was led by Opposition Leader and KSLTA President R Ashoka, alongside Prema, Krishna’s wife, their daughters Malavika and Shambhavi, Minister Priyank Kharge, tennis ace Rohan Bopanna, Minister Radha Krishna, Karnataka Olympic Association President Govinda Raj, and Secretary Sports D Randeep.
