Maha: Congress chief targets Mahayuti govt

Kolhapur, Sindhudurg, Mar 15 (UNI) Maharashtra Congress president Harshvardhan Sapkal on Saturday accused the BJP-led Mahayuti government of trying to destroy communal harmony in the state.
Talking to reporters in Sindhudurg, he attacked the BJP government over its way of working, claiming that there was no law and order in the state with the leaders of ruling parties were creating terror and disrupting communal harmony in the state.
He alleged that the feeling of unity is being destroyed and the core of unity in diversity is under threat.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is ruling the state in a reckless manner and every minister in his cabinet is a 'role model' and due to such ministers, harmony, conscience and 'Maharashtra Dharma' are being destroyed in the state, the Congress state chief said.
Sapkal also criticised state minister Nitesh Rane and his brother MLA Nilesh, accusing them of using inflammatory and divisive language with an aim to disturb social harmony in the coastal Konkan region.
He appealed the Congress workers to take thoughts of the Congress party to every household and work unitedly in coming local bodies elections.
