GHIAL wins 'Best Airport Staff in India & South Asia 2025' at Skytrax Awards

Hyderabad, Apr 10 (UNI) GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) has been awarded the prestigious ‘Best Airport Staff in India & South Asia 2025’ by Skytrax, marking the fourth time the airport has received this honour.
The award was announced at the Passenger Terminal EXPO 2025 in Madrid, Spain, recognizing GHIAL’s continued excellence in passenger service, hospitality, and operational efficiency, a statement said on Thursday.
CEO Pradeep Panicker expressed pride in the achievement, attributing the recognition to the tireless efforts of the entire airport team and stakeholders who contributed to delivering an exceptional travel experience.
Hyderabad Airport has consistently introduced innovative, passenger-centric services—from digital solutions and city-side check-ins to enhanced lounge facilities and personalized care—ensuring a smooth and memorable journey for all travelers.
Skytrax, known for its rigorous global airport evaluations, assesses factors like staff friendliness, terminal facilities, and cleanliness. The accolade reaffirms Hyderabad Airport’s standing as a regional and global benchmark for passenger experience excellence.
