Panasonic introduces 2025 AC line-up in South India

Hyderabad Mar 24 (UNI) Panasonic Life Solutions India - a leading diversified technology company , on Monday announced the introduction of its 2025 line-up of Air Conditioners in South India.
Panasonic’s new range of Residential Air Conditioners (RAC) have been designed to redefine smart living and withstand high ambient temperatures up to 55ᵒC (55 Degrees Celsius) during peak summers, the company claimed in a release here.
New AC range features best in class IDU (Indoor Unit) fascia with 20% higher(airflow) ensuring a superior cooling experience.
India’s First Matter enabled RACs powered by Miraie extended to the inverter 3-star segment starting at INR 33,990.
Featuring 61 new models across 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 tons the new range is now available for consumers across all leading outlets, e-commerce platforms and on the Panasonic Brand Store.
The 2025 range of Air Conditioners can be controlled from Panasonic’s IoT-enabled connected living platform - Miraie app and it offers a unique sleep profile feature helping consumers adjust room temperature automatically ensuring peaceful sleep.
Abhishek Verma, Business Head, Air Conditioners Group, PMIN, PLSIND said, “India’s AC penetration currently stands at 7-8 percent and the market is expected to grow by CAGR* 16.5 percent in (2023-2029). Panasonic AC’s have registered a high growth of around 45 percent in the April -March 2025 more than the industry average, and Hyderabad continues to remain a strong contributor to this."
Southern India contributes nearly 29 percent to our current (Calendar Year- CY’24) AC market share and Hyderabad is an important region for us. Backed by a strong demand for smart, energy-efficient, inverter ACs and we expect to grow by 25 percent in South India this season (CY’25), he added.
