Man held in drug case handed over to Nagaland Police

Imphal, Apr 6 (UNI) A Special Operation Team of Manipur Police apprehended one accused person, namely, J Maikho of Saranamai Village, Senapati District, who was involved in a drug transportation case registered at Chumukedima PS, Nagaland.
He was later handed over to Narcotic PS, PHQ Kohima, Manipur Police said on Sunday.
Police said security forces intercepted one four-wheeler coming from Moreh towards Imphal at Tengnoupal Naka Check Post under Tengnoupal-PS, Tengnoupal District, in which five boxes containing 120 bottles of suspected IMFL were detected.
