File sedition case against Shah, Devda, Acharya: Jharkhand RJD leader

Ranchi, May 16 (AKT) Jharkhand Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) General Secretary Kailash Yadav on Friday demanded that a sedition case be registered against BJP leaders Vijay Shah, Jagdish Devda, and Balmukund Acharya for their alleged anti-national statements.

Yadav said the "fake nationalism" and character of top BJP leaders and ministers have been exposed. He alleged that BJP ministers and MLAs in various states are frequently using" dirty, shameful, and treasonous/" language.

The demand comes after Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda made a statement saying that the entire army and country should bow to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Earlier, MP Minister Vijay Shah had referred to Colonel Sophia Qureshi, who conducted the regular media briefings during Operation Sindoor, as the “sister of Pakistani terrorists”.

Yadav also mentioned BJP MLA from Rajasthan Balmukund Acharya, who allegedly used the National Flag to wipe his nose during a Tiranga Yatra, insulting the Tricolour. UNI XC AKT SSP
