Patna High Court orders opening of all govt parks for public in Bihar

Patna, June 30 (UNI) Patna High Court has ordered opening of all parks, constructed on government land with funds from state exchequer, for the public in Bihar,
According to a judgement uploaded on the website of Patna High Court, a single bench of Justice Rajiv Roy, while disposing off a petition filed in this connection, ordered opening of all parks with funds from the state exchequer at government lands.
It was brought to the notice of the court that some parks remained closed for public as statues of great personalities are installed there or due to apprehension that it would turn dirty after public use, the bench noted.
