Pappu takes out march in protest against shifting of RMRC

Begusarai, Mar 22 (UNI) Independent MP from Purnia Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav took out a march in Begusarai in protest against the decision of the centre to shift the Regional Maze Research and Seed Production Centre ( RMRC) from Kushmahaut of Begusarai to Shimogga of Karnataka.
While leading the protest march attended by farmers, local citizens and social workers here on Saturday, Yadav accused the Centre of meting out step-motherly treatment to Bihar.
Describing the RMRC as the lifeline of the farmers of Bihar he said that shifting it from Bihar to Karnataka would be a direct attack on the interest of the farmers and the state's agricultural economy.
