Former UK PM Rishi Sunak visits Parliament House with family

New Delhi, Feb 18 (UNI) Former Prime Minister of United Kingdom Rishi Sunak visited the Parliament House here on Tuesday.

Sunak, was accompanied by his wife Akshata Murty, daughters Krishna and Anoushka and Rajya Sabha MP Sudha Murthy.

He was welcomed by the Lok Sabha Secretary General Utpal Kumar Singh, an official statement said.

During their visit, the Sunak family explored the Parliament House Complex, admiring its architectural grandeur. They also visited notable sites like the galleries, chambers, Constitution Hall, and the Samvidhan Sadan.

This visit is part of Sunak's recent engagements in India. Just a few days ago, on 15th February, he had visited the Taj Mahal with his family.
