Azam's wife, son & sister get bail in custodian case

Rampur (UP), Mar 20 (UNI) Former cabinet minister Mohammad Azam Khan's wife and ex-MP Dr Tajin Fatima, their son Adeeb Azam and sister Nikhat Akhlaq surrendered in an MP-MLA court in Rampur, which granted them regular bail on Thursday, prosecution sources said here.
Prosecution sources said that hearing was held on the surrender of Dr Tajin Fatima, son Adeeb Azam and sister Nikhat Akhlaq in the custodian case.
"On March five, the court had granted them time till March 20, after which all the three accused surrendered before the court. After hearing the court of MP-MLA Judge Shobhit Bansal granted bail to all three," they said.
