BJP determined for uplift of SC-ST: Dharmpal

Lucknow, May 5 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh unit General Secretary (Organisation) of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Dharampal Singh on Monday said that BJP has always worked to ensure the economic, social upliftment and political participation of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe class.
While interacting with the official-bearers and workers through various meetings at the regional office in Varanasi, Dharampal discussed the strategy for the upcoming elections and gave the mantra of formation of effective Mandal Working Committees in the meeting of 337 Mandal Presidents of 16 districts of Kashi region.
He said that BJP has always worked to ensure the economic, social upliftment and political participation of SC/ST class. "This is the reason that representation of SC/ST class was ensured in the highest posts of the country. BJP has always worked to strengthen all the constitutional rights given by Baba Saheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar including reservation for SC," he said.
