Phagwara, Apr 19 (UNI) Three members of a family, including a child, travelling in an e-rickshaw were killed when it was crushed between a tractor-trolley and two cars, in an early morning accident near village Rawalpindi on the Phagwara-Hoshiarpur Road.
One person sustained critical injuries and is currently undergoing treatment.
The tragic incident sparked widespread resentment among local residents and commuters over the delayed response by police.
