Unclaimed bag with Rs 30,000 cash returned to owner by Kashmir Railway Police

Srinagar, Apr 12 (UNI) The Railway Police wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police successfully traced the owner of an unclaimed bag that contained Rs 30,000 in cash and returned it to him.

The incident took place on Friday when Special Police Officer Umar, posted in the Railway Security Branch (RSB) section of Railway Police Kashmir, found an unattended bag in the last coach of a down train. Acting promptly, SPO Umar secured the bag and launched efforts to identify its rightful owner.
