Entire Nation proud of Indian Army’s valour: Mohinder Bhagat on Op Sindoor

Chandigarh, May 7 (UNI) Reacting to the Indian Army's successful airstrike on nine terrorist hideouts located in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in retaliation for a cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, Cabinet Minister Mohinder Bhagat said on Wednesday that the entire nation is proud of the Army’s brave action.
He stated that the way the Army conducted this operation with strategy, precision and indomitable courage is a matter of pride for every Indian and noted that the whole country stands united with the armed forces.
He said that Punjab has always played a leading role in safeguarding the unity and integrity of the nation.
He further said, "Since our state shares a border with Pakistan, it is important for us to remain more alert and vigilant."
Bhagat cautioned that the enemy nation, shaken by ‘Operation Sindoor’, may resort to any kind of nefarious conspiracy.
"Therefore, we must be fully prepared to face every situation," he added and instructed all concerned officials to stay alert and take immediate action against any suspicious activity.
