PDP leaders slam silence of JK government over Waqf Act

Srinagar, Apr 10 (UNI) The People's Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday voiced serious concern over the “silence” of the Jammu and Kashmir government on the Waqf Act, calling it a critical issue that demands urgent legislative attention.
A meeting was convened by the party in Srinagar to deliberate on the evolving situation surrounding the Waqf. The meeting was chaired by PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and attended by several senior party leaders.
