While his father was prepared to make sacrifices, Balkrishna took it upon himself to find a solution. A loan from Prodigy Finance provided the necessary support without requiring collateral or a co-signer. Demonstrating remarkable financial discipline, he managed to repay the loan within just six months.

Adapting to a new country presented its own set of challenges, from cultural adjustments to professional networking. “Being comfortable with being uncomfortable became my new mantra for growth,” he says. Despite the difficulties, the unwavering support of his family kept him focused on his goals.

Today, Balkrishna holds a leadership role as a Distinguished Engineer in the Automation division at Tang and Company, where he plays a key part in driving AI-driven efficiencies and business transformation. Beyond his contributions to RPA, Balkrishna is also an advocate for greater representation in STEM fields. Despite individuals currently comprising only 21% of roles and holding a mere 6% of leadership positions in these areas, his achievements highlight the potential for impactful contributions.
