AP Minister Savitha hands over Rs 50 Lakh cheque, land documents to martyr’s family

Anantapur, June 17 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Minister for BC Welfare S Savitha handed over Rs 50 lakh ex gratia cheque and land documents to the parents of Murali Naik, who was killed in an encounter with the terrorists during the Sindoor operation in J & K.
Minister Savitha went to Kalli Thanda village of Gorantla mandal on Tuesday. She handed over the Rs 50 lakh ex-gratia cheque to the parents of martyr Murali Naik. She also handed over the documents, relating to five acres of land and a house site.
She paid tributes to the martyr Murli Naik by garlanding his portrait.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Savitha assured of constructing a CC road leading to the residence of Murali Naik by spending Rs 16 lakh. She also announced the installing of a bronze statue of Murali Naik in the mandal headquarters and also in district headquarters.
