Kalaburagi, May 11 (UNI) Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, on Sunday said the party has demanded a special session of Parliament to deliberate on the ongoing situation between India and Pakistan and the future course of action.

Speaking to reporters here, Kharge said, "We have demanded that the Parliamentary session be convened for discussing the situation and future actions. The war was paused, which was a good thing, and we want peace for the people."
