Former Australian batter David Boon to join Cricket Australia board

Melbourne, Feb 28 (UNI) Test and one-day international batting great David Boon has been appointed to the Cricket Australia board.
Tasmanian Boon, whose 7422 runs in 107 Tests included 21 centuries, will join the CA board on March 28 to fill the vacancy left by Paul Green.
After a six-year stint as Cricket Tasmania’s representative on the CA board, Green has stepped down, according to an News.com.au report.
