Veterans in action as 3-day Lawn Tennis Tournament commences at M A Stadium Jammu

Jammu, Feb 21 (UNI) Enthusiastic veterans were seen in action as three-day Veterans Lawn Tennis Tournament commenced on Friday here at the courts of Maulana Azad Stadium.
The Tournament is being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Lawn Tennis Association (JKLTA) under the aegis of J&K Sports Council and the leadership of B S Jaggi, General Secretary JKLTA. The tournament attracted senior players from across the Jammu and Kashmir provinces, who are participating enthusiastically in the prestigious event. The tournament, as per the official comminique is specifically designed for veterans above the age of 40, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their skills and remain active in the sport.
The Tournament will conclude on February 23.
