Telangana Govt prioritising sports: Speaker and Minister attend National Karate Championship

Hyderabad, Mar 28 (UNI) Telangana Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar emphasised the role of sports in building a healthy society, stating that promoting sports is essential for shaping future generations.
He made these remarks while attending the 4th KIO National Karate Championship 2025 being held at Gachibowli Indoor Stadium as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering, the Speaker highlighted the importance of sports for people of all ages and expressed satisfaction that the Telangana government is giving high priority to sports development. He urged athletes and students to make the best use of the state’s sports infrastructure.
