Govt committed to extend benefits of DNT (Seed) scheme to last section of society: Minister

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, May 8 (UNI) Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, Dr Virendra Kumar, on Thursday asserted that the government is committed to extend the benefits of the DNT (Seed) scheme to the last section of the society.
Speaking at a meeting held in presence of Minister Dr Kumar at Tisgaon regarding the central government's DNT (Seed) scheme for economic empowerment, he pointed that the central government has launched the DNT (Seed) scheme for economic empowerment to provide benefits of the scheme to the needy families of the liberated nomadic tribes and semi-nomadic tribes.
He said that a plan has been formulated to promote economic development of the communities, revive their traditional occupations, empower them socially and economically and improve their quality of life.
