Moscow, Mar 2 (UNI) Following a spat between US President Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, major Norwegian oil company Haltbakk Bunkers refused to provide fuel to US military personnel based in Norway, as well as to arriving American ships, the UK Defence Journal reported.
The publication said that shortly after the meeting between Trump and Zelenskyy at the White House, the company posted a message on social media supporting Zelenskyy and promising to stop supplying fuel to all Americans in Norway.
"We have decided to immediately STOP as fuel provider to American forces in Norway and their ships calling Norwegian ports. No Fuel to Americans!," the company said in a statement, as quoted by UK Defence Journal.
