Hungary expects to receive 4.5-5 mln tons of oil from Russia in 2025 – Szijjarto

Budapest, Mar 29 (UNI) Hungary expects to receive 4.5-5 million tons of oil from Russia in 2025, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"When it comes to oil, according to the current figures, we will be somewhere between 4.5 and 5 million tons," Szijjarto said.
Earlier, the Russian cabinet said Russia supplied 4.78 million tons of oil to Hungary via the southern branch of the Druzhba oil pipeline in 2024, and 956,000 tons in January-February of this year.
