Moscow, Mar 21 (UNI) An explosion occurred at a burning oil depot in south Russia's Krasnodar Territory, two people were injured, the area of the fire increased to 10,000 square meters, the regional response center said in a statement.
On Wednesday morning, the regional authorities said they repelled an attack by Ukrainian drones. Due to falling debris, a fire occurred at an oil depot. The pipeline between the tanks was damaged. The area of the fire was 20 square meters, later it increased to 3,750 square meters.
"In the Kavkazsky district, an explosion occurred at a burning oil depot, two people were injured ... The fire spread to another tank. Thus, now two tanks, shutoff valves, oil products in the embankment around the tanks and that part of the burning oil products that were thrown out of the boundaries of the tanks by the explosion are burning. The total area of the fire has increased to 10,000 square meters," the response center said on Telegram.
