Rupee rallied 20 paise against USD

Mumbai, Mar 17 (UNI) The Rupee remained strong on Monday too, advancing 20 paise to close at 86.80 against the US Dollar on brisk selling of USD by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The domestic unit gained 16 paise at 86.84 in the opening session. During the day it further spurted and finished at 86.80, up 20 paise as compared to its last close.
The Rupee recorded intra-highs and lows at 86.76 and 86.92 respectively, dealer added.

Total exports from India rise 6 24 pc to USD 750 53 billion
