Patna, Apr 10 (UNI) Senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Thursday slammed the Nitish Kumar government for the collapse of law and order in Bihar and wondered why ruling party leaders are silent on the issue.
Yadav said that law and order had totally collapsed in Bihar under the regime of Nitish-led NDA government. Criminals were striking at their will while law-enforcing agencies were mute spectators, he added.
" It appears that there is nothing worth the name of government in Bihar as
ruling party leaders and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself are silent on the issue", RJD leader said, adding that some media houses and intellectuals were not discussing the collapsed law and order in Bihar. More than 117 incidents of crime had taken place in the last few days, he pointed out.
" Chief Minister Kumar is also holding the charge of Home portfolio, and his silence on poor law and order in the state is surprising and disturbing", Yadav Said. It appeared that gunshots of criminals in Bihar were like celebratory firing for ruling party leaders, he ridiculed.
