Telangana Agriculture Minister listens to public grievances at face-to-face programme

Hyderabad, June 18 (UNI) – Telangana Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao actively participated in the Ministers' Face-to-Face programme held at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday.
The event was organised under the direction of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud.
During the programme, the minister directly received complaints from the public and immediately engaged with concerned departmental officials to address the issues.
He held discussions with several senior officials, including district collectors, and issued instructions to resolve long-pending problems swiftly.
Over 50 complaints were submitted by the public, with the majority coming from economically disadvantaged individuals.
Emphasising the need for prompt action, Minister Rao directed the officials to carefully examine each grievance brought to Gandhi Bhavan and ensure speedy redressal.
He reiterated the government’s commitment to resolving public issues efficiently and called on the administration to treat every complaint with seriousness and urgency.
