Telangana DCA raids medical shop operating without license in Sircilla

Hyderabad, Oct 8 (UNI) The Drugs Control Administration (DCA) of Telangana raided a medical shop at Ananth Nagar, Siricilla, Rajanna-Sircilla District, for operating without a valid drug license and seized medicines worth RS 30,000.
Acting on credible information regarding the illegal sale of medicines, DCA officials conducted a raid on the premises at D. No. 2-5-10, Ananth Nagar, Siricilla, on Monday.
The medical shop, identified as 'Sri Laxmi Pharmacy,' was operating within Sri Durga Hospital without a valid license. The shop owner, G.Raju, was found to be stocking and selling various medicines illegally, a DCA statement said on Tuesday.
