Three workers injured as water tank collapses in Ayodhya

Ayodhya (UP), Mar 18 (UNI) Three workers were injured when an old dilapidated water tank of a sugar mill collapsed in the Pura Kalandar area of Ayodhya district in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, police sources said here.
Police sources said that the incident took place in KM Sugar Mill situated on Ayodhya-Sultanpur road where the dilapidated water tank collapsed. "Three labourers working nearby were buried under the debris," they said.
Police sources said that all three workers have been admitted to the district hospital, where the condition of one is said to be serious. "Sub Divisional Magistrate (Sadar) Vikas Dhar Dubey and Circle Officer Ashutosh Tiwari reached the district hospital and directed the doctors to provide better treatment to the injured workers.
Police sources said that the water tank was very old. "The condition of one worker Pravesh Tiwari is said to be serious," they said.
