Bengaluru, Jan 19 (UNI) Tamil Nadu emerged victorious in the men’s category, while Kerala clinched the women’s title in the 4th 3x3 National Basketball Championship, which concluded here on Sunday.
In a thrilling men’s final, Tamil Nadu defeated Uttar Pradesh 21-16 within the 10-minute regulation time. Meanwhile, the Kerala women outplayed Tamil Nadu 16-12 in a closely contested final.
The hard-fought battle for the men’s third place saw Haryana edge past Rajasthan with a nail-biting 21-19 victory. In the women’s category, Telangana claimed the third spot, convincingly defeating Madhya Pradesh 21-11.
