Trough discontinuity runs from South Chhattisgarh to South Interior Karnataka: Met

Amaravati, Mar 21 (UNI) The trough or wind discontinuity now runs from South Chhattisgarh to South Interior Karnataka across Telangana and North Interior Karnataka at 1.5 km above mean sea level, Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema from March 22 to 25.
Strong winds with speed ranging from 40-50 Kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the same period.
