Amaravati, Mar 18 (UNI) Monday’s trough in westerlies from North Interior Karnataka to Gulf of Mannar now runs from north Interior Karnataka to Interior Kerala across Interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above mean sea level, Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
A daily weather report said that light to moderate rain at one or two places is likely to occur in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam from March 21 to 24, in Rayalaseema on March 22, 23, 24, and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 22 and 23.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next three days, in Rayalaseema during the next four days, and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next three days and on March 24.
Dry weather prevailed in Coastal Andhra Pradesh &Yanam and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 41.3 degrees Celsius was recorded at Kurnool in Rayalaseema on Monday, the report added.
