24 LPU students to represent India in Paris Olympic 2024

Phagwara, July 24 (UNI) 21 percent of the Indian team for the Paris 2024 Olympics have been selected from Lovely Professional University (LPU) Phagwara, as 24 varsity students are set to represent India on the global stage, an official said on Wednesday.
LPU students who have made it to the team include Neeraj Chopra, Gold medalist in the men's javelin throw
at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Saikhom Mirabai Chanu, star weightlifter in the Women's 49 kg category.
